As you find a desirable property with us, you can reserve it by paying a deposit to take it off the market. This security deposit usually consists of 6 weeks’ rent based on the selected property. However, students and professionals with low income will be required guarantors.

After the property is taken off the market and the landlord agrees on terms, we start the referencing process by preparing tenancy agreements and checking with the landlord to insure the property ready in time for the proposed start date.
The holding deposit paid by the prospective tenant is subject to contract receipts and will stipulate all outstanding items from the tenant together with a deadline for completion.
Depending on circumstances, all tenants will get 1 set of keys each and a copy of tenancy agreements and property inventory.
